Naval Suites - 230

Some things to work on but a nice place to stay. Positive: The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She is willing to help if we needed it. The rooms are worth the value because of the suite aspect of it. Negative: In the room I stayed in (231) first noticed there is no TV guide to tell you what channel is what station. Then I noticed the shower curtain. The spray of the shower was extremely hard, it caused the shower curtain to be sucked into the shower (need magnets or weights to keep the shower curtain from flying all over. Then I noticed that there is a coffee maker but no coffee😪. In room 230, there is no shower curtain, the bed was uncomfortable and the front door sticks and pulled the door frame away. The hotel has some work to do but definitely keep the staff.

Positive: The staff was very responsive when we asked for soap and shampoo that was not in the room Negative: This property is under construction. Self check in. We had to ask for soap and shampoo. The TV was mounted in a way that was dangerous in the hallway. The sink did not have any kind of stopper. The couch was dirty does not look like it had been cleaned in a long time.

Location and 24 hr shuttle are the only 2 good things about this hotel. Positive: Location to Seat-Tac Negative: AC doesn’t work well, is VERY LOUD, and the room smelled Un-fresh.

Good choice if you want to save money Positive: It was clean, comfortable, and quiet Negative: The outside was a bit run down looking and there is no staff on site. I felt vulnerable if something went wrong.
